- Owning the Calendar and Commitments: You’ll manage scheduling and prioritize effectively to ensure meetings, deadlines, and tasks are aligned with our goals. You’re the go-to person to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
- Streamlining Communication: From client follow-ups to internal updates, you’ll be the point person who ensures everyone has the right information at the right time.
- Improving Efficiency: You’ll work closely with Tomi to evaluate where processes fall short, establish new protocols, and implement tools that drive improvement. This partnership will focus on creating sustainable systems that ensure long-term efficiency and clarity for the entire team.
